Our Spam and Anti-spam Policies

We strongly disapprove of spam of any sort. To avoid incoming email spam we have a rather strong anti-spam program in force.

If you do not receive an email response from us within a short period - a day or so - it could be that something in your email triggered our program to bounce the email and add the address to the "blacklist." We can manually edit the blacklist and make it possible to receive all of your email in the future. Please call us on our technical support line, 805 772-5588, to have us enable your email address.

We apologize for any inconvenience but, given current internet conditions, without this protection we are deluged with unwanted email.
