The Truth about Cruise Control Motor Actuators!

There are three ways to buy a Cruise Control Actuator for your Mercedes or Porsche: new, used and remanufactured. If you don't buy from us there are only two ways! If you buy from a distributor there are only two ways. We don't sell to distributors. We feel that people who troubleshoot and install these systems need competent technical support.

We believe (and have reasonable evidence) that we are the only company in the world who can genuinely rebuild these units, replacing every necessary internal and external component with one which is new and redesigned. Most of us have heard the old adage "spray and pray" when it comes to "rebuilt" auto parts. Some companies obtain old, used parts, try to make them look better, and slap a "rebuilt" sticker on them. We consider that practice to be fraudulent. Of course there are varying degrees of that practice. Old parts are often swapped between units by some "rebuilders."

There are parts in these actuators which simply cannot be swapped. There is no way to reinstall them in another actuator. Our purpose here, in addition, is to issue a challenge to others who claim to rebuild these units. If we can be shown that anyone else actually has this capability we will withdraw our claim to exclusivity!
